Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is the chief decision making body for FAST and is responsible for the financial management and policy direction of the association. Following the 2009 Annual General Meeting held in Atlanta, Georgia, the FAST General Assembly has officially voted for and elected its first full Board of Directors.

The new Board of Directors has twelve members: eight from the Core Assembly ("Full Members") and four from the General Assembly ("Full and Associate Members"). Among the four "Associate Members", at least two seats will be reserved for representatives of producer members.
