FAST Projects and Initiatives

FAST has taken on a project-based approach to address the needs of its constituent members.

The FAST projects in development are designed to improve the efficiency of the wide sustainable trade sector by creating networking systems to bridge the communications gap between producers and lenders, by analyzing the social and environmental impacts of socially oriented lending and by centralizing access to financial services information and educational tools.

FAST works with sustainable trade donors to generate the funds needed to implement these key projects plans.

• Financial Literacy Training

FAST continues to work on advocacy, knowledge sharing and networking initiatives. We have also identified a number of Future Projects with significant potential for development.
